This policy relates solely to the corporate website www.trovelaapp.com. Use of the app (app.trovelaapp.com) is governed by its own privacy policy.

2. What data we process and for what purposes
This website has no registration forms. We only process personal data in two cases:
- When you write to us by email (to [email protected]): we process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of handling and answering your enquiry.
- Technical browsing data: the server hosting the website records technical data (IP address, date and time, pages requested and user agent) in its activity logs, for the purpose of ensuring the security, availability and proper functioning of the site.
3. Legal basis
- Handling your enquiries: your consent when contacting us and, where applicable, the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)).
- Technical data and security: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and operational (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention
We keep emails for as long as is necessary to handle your enquiry and, thereafter, for the period legally required in order to address any potential liabilities. The server's technical logs are kept for a limited period for security reasons and are deleted or anonymised on a regular basis.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not disclose your data to third parties except where legally required. Technical data is processed on the infrastructure of our hosting provider, which acts as a processor with the appropriate safeguards, and our contact email is managed by our email provider. We do not carry out international transfers outside the European Economic Area; should any take place in the future, you will be informed and the safeguards provided for in the GDPR will be put in place.
7. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules.
